Do you deliver across Oman?
Yes. We deliver to reachable addresses across Oman, including Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa, Sur and surrounding wilayats wherever our courier partners have coverage.
How do I pay?
We accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay the courier in Omani rials when the parcel arrives. No card or online payment is needed.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within about 5 days. The courier calls or messages before arriving so you can agree a convenient time.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order. You can order any amount, and delivery is free on all orders.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free on all orders, so there is no delivery charge.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no product names, pictures or store branding on the outside.
Can I deliver to my office or another address?
Yes. Any address in Oman that the courier can reach is fine. Add a landmark to help the driver find you.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
