Delivery guide

Adult Toys Sur: Private Delivery Guide

Sur, with its dhow-building heritage and long coastline, is the main city of South Ash Sharqiyah. This guide explains how delivery works in Sur and the surrounding towns, and offers a few practical tips for a smooth, private handover.

Cash on Delivery only · About 5 days · Free delivery on all orders · Adults 18+

Areas covered around Sur

We deliver across Sur city, including Al Ayjah, Bilad Sur, Al Sharqiyah, the corniche area and newer housing districts, and to nearby towns such as Ras Al Hadd, Al Kamil Wal Wafi and Jalan Bani Bu Ali where courier coverage is available.

Please add your district and a clear landmark, for example the nearby fish market, a school or a mosque. Coastal neighbourhoods often have similar-looking streets, and a landmark saves time for both you and the driver.

Delivery timing

Most orders reach Sur within about five days. Parcels travel along the coastal highway from Muscat, and the courier phones before arriving so you can choose a convenient time. Around public holidays, allow an extra day or two.

Cash on Delivery and free delivery

We accept Cash on Delivery only, paid in Omani rials when you receive the parcel. Delivery is free on all orders, and every order ships in plain packaging with no product details on the outside.

Sea air and storage

Salty, humid sea air can tarnish metal parts and encourage moisture on porous materials. Store products indoors in a dry cupboard, keep charging contacts clean and dry, and make sure everything is completely dry before it is put away.
