Apartments, villas and offices are all fine, as long as the courier can find the building and reach you by phone.

When you check out, add a clear landmark next to your address, for example a nearby mosque, supermarket or petrol station, plus your building or villa number. Muscat addresses can be hard to find, and a good landmark is the single most helpful thing you can give the driver.

Orders usually arrive within about five days. The courier phones or sends a WhatsApp message before setting off, so keep your phone close on the expected day. If the time is not convenient, simply agree another slot with the driver. During peak traffic on Sultan Qaboos Street, or in the days before Eid, deliveries can run a little later than usual.

If you work long hours, many customers choose an office address or ask a trusted family member to receive the parcel. Because the box is plain and unbranded, nobody handling it can tell what is inside.

We accept Cash on Delivery only. Have the exact amount in Omani rials ready if possible, because drivers do not always carry change. You pay only when the parcel is in your hands, so there is no risk of paying for something that never arrives. Delivery is free on all orders.

Summer temperatures in the capital regularly pass 40°C, and parked cars become much hotter. Bring your parcel indoors as soon as it arrives, keep rechargeable products and lubricants in a cool cupboard, and never leave them on a balcony or in a vehicle. Soft materials such as TPE last much longer when kept away from heat and direct sun.
